Why should I invest in your course?

With us, you'll learn from an expert in the field who has had success teaching the skills to hundreds of individuals just like you. There are a lot of people out there teaching DBT yet many, unfortunately, aren't qualified to teach the skills. Maybe they've taken a weekend training (or less!). Dr. Stacey trained with Behavioral Tech (the organization found by DBT creator, Dr. Marsha Linehan) for years in order to bring you the expertise you'll find in these courses.

Do I need to be in therapy?

That depends on you and your goals. Some people learn the skills to help them with everyday situations: workplace interactions, parenting, increased midnfulness. Others struggle with mental health symptoms and diagnoses and come to the skills to address these concerns. If you have a mental health diagnosis, we recommend you attend therapy alongside our courses, as they are not  therapy nor a substitute for therapy.

Which course should I sign up for?

We offer the complete curriculum, as well as courses that cover the four separate modules: orientation/mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. We will also be offering some targeted courses for specific populations. If you're only interested in one topic, purchase that one individually. The full curriculum comes with significant savings.
