About us

The DBT Skills Classes platform was created by Dr. Stacey Rosenfeld, a licensed psychologist, certified group psychotherapist, and intensively trained DBT provider. 

Our courses include the complete DBT skills curriculum (Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness), freestanding modules, and a number of targeted skills offerings that apply to certain struggles and life experiences. You might take a course as someone who struggles with emotions or interpersonal interactions or simply to improve your relationships, your work, your parenting, and more.
